<p>Scoping comments, for the scoping summary report, were collected through January 22, 2013. Any comments about which topics should be studied in the EIS or the level/focus of the study received after January 22, 2013 will not be included in the scoping summary report. Due to the volume of questions and comments, staff will not respond to all comments individually but will respond to themes through the <a href="/faq">frequently asked questions page</a>.</p>

Note Any information provided to the agencies may be released to a third party as part of the agencies’ record for this action. This includes the release of identifiable personal information such as personal name, address, phone number, etc., that is provided in the response.
